Si la vie est un roman, le planning d’un projet s’apparente à un script de cinéma réunissant les informations techniques pour les différents plans, les éléments de l’histoire et les dialogues des personnages.
En effet, sans dialogues ou communication, la cohésion de l’équipe projet ne prend pas forme : le rôle du chef de projet pour fédérer les équipes est fondamental : communiquer au sein de l’équipe projet mais aussi ‘’vendre’’ le projet, son avancement et ses résultats en externe
La différence majeure se situe dans la définition des objectifs (Qualité, Coûts & Délais) et une nécessité de s’adapter à tout instant aux imprévus du scénario de départ.
Le suivi des actions doit être fait avec une planification simple, une vision macro, une arborescence structurée et aussi une vision détaillée des actions.
Le logiciel de gestion de projet et le niveau de détail doivent bien sûr être adaptés à la taille du projet avec un choix pragmatique et la méthode ne doit pas faire oublier le besoin d’être créatif !

Die Aktionsverfolgung muss mit einer einfachen Planung, einer Makroansicht, einer guten Baumstruktur und einer detaillierten Ansicht der Aktionen durchgeführt werden. Die Projektmanagement-Software und der Detaillierungsgrad müssen natürlich mit einer pragmatischen Entscheidung an die Größe des Projekts angepasst werden und die Methode darf nicht verstecken, die Notwendigkeit kreativ zu sein!
